Q: Will this work to remove a wheel hub?

Most every hub assembly is a bolt on.. but if its bound up and needs pulled this will do the trick. However the most common tool for pulling bound up hub assemblies is a slide hammer style puller

Q: How thick are the feet? In other words how low profile are they? Can they slide in between the bearing and a fairly tight location?

The small grippers are ⅛” thick, the larger 3/16. They are of soft enough metal to rework with a file if necessary.

Q: What is the reach on this tool. In other words how far down a shaft will this reach to pull a bearing.

This is for smaller, light work. The max reach on the big puller is maybe 7 inches. Its super high quality and a great tool, but its not big.
