When I use a duckbill for the outlet, water drips from the connection, and when I use a rain bar for the outlet, strangely, bubbles form in the pipe. So, I am using it as a duckbill, even though it is not pretty to see because water drips from the connection like a leaky pipe. I just changed the outlet, but bubbles do not accumulate. And the buyer did not request a refund or exchange, and it may be a minor issue from the seller's perspective, but if you inquire about it while using it because it is inconvenient, they only answer from the seller's perspective, not the user's perspective, and they make no effort to resolve the issue. Do you think the buyer took the time to inquire because he wanted to hear that it was normal? He is just going to use it without thinking about after-sales service and throw it away when it breaks.
