Edwin Jagger De89Bl Chrome Plated Double Edge Safety Razor

First thing you notice is the mirror like chrome finish. It just makes it look so classy and beautiful. The size may seem small at first, but it fits perfectly between your fingers and the palm, also the smooth finish actually isn't that slippery, the ridges near the edwin jagger name, gives it a place your fingers can grip. The razor is not aggressive and i feel it's impossible for you to get nicked by it. This one is a really good way of getting into the world of classic wet shaving. Happy shaving guys :D

This is a very mild razor or i say inefficient for me. Men who are start shaving and have soft beard and skin, it may be good for them . I like clean close shave in less number of passes means i like mid aggressive razors 5 to 6 level of aggregation but de89 is 2 to 3 in my case. So i plased it in my wardrobe for my next generation.

High Gloss Chromium playing, Solid and well made. Much shorter than expected, compared to my Feather razor. It is weighed perfectly, superb shave.Has been using for several years now. I feel this is the finest Safety Razor money can buy. Gives me perfect shave ; Day Afte Day.Length a bit of a hassle as you have to hold it carefully,but this is actually done for high quality blade so that you can fly a arias the face for stubble free shave. PAckage includes a blade. There is no rotating bezel to adjust the blade exposure as in Gillett safety razorbofbtester years. But this does not matter as the angle of the top and bottom sandwich pieces expose just the right amount of blade and gives you a kick free shave every day. love it.

It's not at all for aggressive use.. it's a beginner's razor and for those with very thin growth... Waste of money, not expected from Edwin jagger!Update- After "attempting" to use it for a week now, I realise there is something seriously wrong with this product! The top of the stem is too broad to allow any use of the blade placed above it! It almost seems like a defective piece!!Avoid buying from the same medium.Update . The seller has been prompt in reaching out and in trying to solve the issue. They have taken up a special case to assist, so that as a customer we are served the best product as required. Great going!

I brought this product in Jan 2019. It was working nice but in Oct 2019 the thread of the screwing mechanism got worn out.I paid Rs 3062/- for a product which didn’t even last for a year.And it is NON RETURNABLE.
