Easy to attach and remove. The added area makes getting pans out of the oven for stirring much easier.

I like it. I'm not entirely sure if I needed it... but I like it. Gives me a little more deck to rest my turning peel when spinning pies. Should have come with the oven for $899. Not sure why I had to pay another $100 for it...

Took a while to receive this. Easy to install and slides right into the Arc XL slot. It's very pricey for what you are getting and unfortunately there are no other alternatives out there for a mantle. Helps to support heavy cast iron skillets. I like that I no longer have to pull the whole skilling out of the oven onto my cooking surface and instead can move food around with it still partially in the oven.
