I have typically taken magnesium Glycinate to help with sleep. I used magnesium baths for years and it always resulted in excellent relaxing sleep. I carry my stress in my body and discovered that I would literally clinch the muscles in my entire body when under stress… mag G helped this. My college age niece who has high anxiety and is always in her head has major sleep struggles. The mag G did not seem to help her, so i thought we’d give this a try since its focus is on neuro transmitters and calming the brain. It’s been 2 days. My niece got up this morning laugh and smiling and said she had literally had the best sleep last night than she has had in years. I tried it as well. I can’t even tell you how I slept since it’s more like the world turned off and then turned on again when I woke up. I going to experiment with the time I take them and am going to try taking only 1.Tried only taking one… wasn’t as effective. Been monitoring my sleep and my REM period has doubled!

We take this at night before bed, has improved the quality of both REM and Deep sleep tremendously.

The bottle doesn't specify, but I recommend only taking before bed. It helps me relax and start winding down before I fall asleep, and I get great sleep through the night as well. Def recommend :)

It relaxes your body

I only take 1 pill before bed and it really helps my mind at ease. Before my head would keep thinking about stuff but now I’m able to fall fast asleep. Willl be repurchasing
