This carafe does a very good job in keeping liquid hot. My water is still hot after 12 hours, and it's still warm after 24 hours. I can now enjoy a hot beverage anytime! I'm really happy with my purchase.

I bought this exact brand and model in white 20+ years ago for my mother. She raved about how coffee, put in it at dinner time was still hot enough to drink in the morning. My aunt got one and had the same experience. They still use them and the white plastic has not yellowed over the years. I just bought one recently for myself, and they still make them like they used to. Holds about 1/2 pot of coffee from an average coffee machine. Stays hot for way longer than it probably has to, and looks good doing it.

My wife loves it. It really keeps her coffee hot. She said it's even warm after 24 hours. There are other pots and I sent them back because they were not glass vacuum thermoses as advertised. They were stainless steel double walled thermoses with insulation in between. The reviews said that fluid leaks through the top seal and over time saturates the insulation and making the thermos useless. This doesn't happen with a true glass vacuum thermos because there is no seal to fail since the bottle is totally glass inside and out. I don't understand why some sellers can get away with calling their thermoses vacuum thermoses when they are clearly not vacuum bottles at all.

Kept liquids hot for over 10 hours and overnight but cap lever almost broke.

Easy to use, lightweight, low maintenance cleaning and most importance it kept water hot for over 24 hours. Time will tell if this thing is durable with day to day use.

I’ve used this every day for the past 2 weeks, and it keeps my coffee hot and doesn’t change the taste. My second cup of coffee from the carafe tastes exactly like my first fresh brewed cup. It isn’t a true white like one of the reviews had stated, more like an off white. Had I known that, I would have ordered it in black. It’s a quality product and I haven’t tested it beyond 3 hours, but I haven’t noticed any difference in temperature during those 3 hours. I purchased this based on the reviews I had read, and I thank those ahead of me for taking the time to post their thoughts.

My last carafe (replacing because it is 20 yrs old and plastic worn to where it can not be cleaned) had a push button on top. Push once to pour and then again to close.This one has a thumb trigger which you must depress while you pour. That places your hand at the very top of the carafe while all the weight is at the bottom. Think of trying to pour gas out of a gas can by only holding the top. A first world problem, to be sure. But it is a design flaw and could have easily been engineered better.
