Water and stabilizers are added to all packaged pastas to maintain shelf life and to prevent mold and decay. Packaged pasta rarely has the same texture and flavor of a freshly made pasta. We use a pasta making machine at home and ground durum wheat flour to make fresh pasta without additives.

Whats the flavour option? What is the difference ?

It's comes without any flavour. Firstly you must boil the pasta in pressure cooker, then you have to add pasta masala of your choice (available at Amazon) and vegetables if require while cooking in fry pan.

Eating pasta as healthy diet by protein content. It tastes similar to normal white flour pasta. I made red sauce pasta many times it tastes good. But not satisfying on white sauce pasta.( Tried once)

Good Pasta

Borges, one of the best pasta's in the world. Cooks al dente, a definite buy without hesitation. Not much good quality pasta in India, but I know this from Australia like Barilla, and they are some of the best. Unfortunately, as much as this product is excellent the service and delivery deplorable. The box was far too flimsy to carry several packets of these, and it had newspaper covering them. I had several packets break open and of course thrown away. I would recommend the buy of this product. Enjoy
