Q: Any delay when turning on?

Yes, there is a slight delay (half second). When compared to other LED bulbs that are "instant-on", I would not consider these "instant-on". If you have a fixture with multiple bulbs and you replace one with one of these you will definitely notice the delay. If you use all of these in your fixture then you may not notice it that much.

Q: buzzing noise, Is anyone install those lights with a dimmer and get a buzzing noise ? is there anything to do to fix it ?

Hello, It looks like the dimmer you are currently using is incompatible with these lights. Here are the recommended dimmers that work great and are compatible with our lights. Lutron DVCL-153P or DV600P.

Q: Do these buzz when used with no dimmer (regular on/off switch)? i currently have cfl globes and they buzz. i have no dimmer switch.
