This made our re-grading project so much easier! I'm glad I spent the extra money to get a professional-grade tool. It worked perfectly, and I love the self-leveling feature. That one feature alone is a "must have" in my opinion. Highly recommend this product.

Works good
I bought this for installing a 100x220 riding arena. It was the same model The dozer operator brought out when he graded a pad for us so I figured the quality had to be there. Easy to use and can hold up to commercial level use.

Good Laser, No Notebook
The laser is fine and works well, but mine didn't come with the notebook and there is no clear way to contact the seller. I hate to send the whole thing back over a $20 notebook, but it was supposed to be included.

This is a good, accurate, horizontal rotating laser level.
This rotating laser level is optimized toward the construction task of outdoor site preparation, concrete work, etc. it has a long range when used with it's included detector and can be set to project it's laser at a slope to help with creating sloped road beds, concrete forms, etc. You will need a few things in addition to this laser to get started. You will need a tripod with a 5/8-inch x 11 threaded mounting bolt (not the 1/4 inch used for camera equipment), a grade rod to mount the laser detector, 4 D cell batteries and 2 AA batteries.

Great level
Comes in ready to use. I tested against my recently calibrated level. Quick and simple to operate. As with every other machine I have owned, I wish a quick grip receiver clamp was offered.

I took very good care of this laser but all of the sudden the red light in it burned out. I won’t suggest buying this laser! Waste of money.
