Amazing!
Absolutely amazing quality product. I don't have a way of checking the organic background. However, the quality of dal is great. Idli made out of this dal comes out very fluffy and has very good flavour

Does not increase much in size and standard taste
The pulse does not increase much in size after being cooked. Maybe that is because it is "organic". The taste is like any normal Urad dal. Frankly the one I buy from the grocer is better size wise, however the advantage of it being delivered right at my doorstep is also a great one.
