These are great for real estate, not hard to assemble and light weight. I am 8 months pregnant and I can put it up just fine.

This is a GREAT solution to renting posts. Easy to put together, etc. It does seems a little bit short. Although it works well, I do wish it were 6-12 inches taller. There is not a lot of space for the flyers underneath.

Used mine on a listing that I didn’t want to bother with having the traditional post. Was easy for people to stop and get flyers from info tube.Easy to assemble by yourself and get a professional sign up in a yard quickly. Took me longer to pound in the stake than to assemble the pole. My husband was so curious and kept trying to “help” me. Also breaks down for easy storage in garage until I use again.Recommendations for installation-- Use a heavy hammer with a larger face on it to drive the drake in and make sure to clear the grass/vegetation away slightly around where the “foot” of the sign goes for stability. Mine survived a couple of very windy/rainy days without any hint of instability.- Use a little water around the base when trying to remove post base and then tap the base to loosen it from the soil. And for goodness sake don’t grab it and pull toward you - when it does come loose you will regret doing that. Just tap and wiggle- it will come out.

I’ve been purchasing this product for a few years now. After a while the metal spike will rust out, and the plates will break off because they are not welded to the spike well enough. The hooks that screw into the crossbar will eventually disconnect as well.

I have ordered many of these posts for our real estate brokerage. They are sturdy, easy to install and very durable. They come with a stake that you can easily get into the ground using a mallet without much force. They come with rider clips and look very attractive. On my last order, I was missing a couple pieces from the box (the first time in probably 20 purchases). I e-mailed the Seller, they responded to me quickly, and they sent the missing pieces to me overnight. Great product and great customer service, doesn't get better than that!

This is a great product, it's easy to put together and install, and looks great. Exactly like the photos.SERVICE:I actually lost one of the pins/clips (after owning it a couple of months) that connects to the sign. So I called 4Ever Products on their toll free line that I found in one of the comments to buy more, and they said they would rather keep my business than charge me for one dollar on my card.. they mailed out replacements right away. I love doing business with companies like this. VERY happy with the service, and the product.
