Effective, easy to use

This seems like a quality product and works well at keeping my lower gut in a pretty happy state. I take lower than the recommended dosage, so I don’t know if I’m experiencing a great placebo effect but only taking one or two capsules a day has been a game changer for me. After researching ratings versus cost, I felt like this was the best value for the count size. Even if I am taking a very small dosage, it seems I am getting the nutrients that my body was slightly missing. A middle aged friend suggested fiber helped him, so I tried it and I’d recommend the same for others who are looking for better bathroom experiences. Of course, always best to talk to a doctor, first.

Easy to use

They work well on my stomach. Good deal for a large bottle. Only complaint is that the label on my bottle came all messed up. It's crooked and has ripples all through it. Not sure how that could happen.

Works well. Capsules not too big to swallow and cause no stomach issues. I take two a day, one in the morning, one in the evening and have never had a problem.
