To all the people complaining that this set isn't made by Callaway, do some research! A quick google search on these clubs will tell you they aren't made by Callaway, they are just distributed by Callaway. To those complaining about durability; for some of you, I'd suggest only hitting golf balls with the clubs... Or maybe don't try your best Happy Gilmore impression. It's pretty obvious from some photos that it wasn't a golf ball or average golf swing that caused that much damage. Consider what you're paying and what you're getting here. This is a BEGINNER'S SET! A driver alone is $400 and up from one of the "big 5" manufacturers, and that's not including a bag, set of irons, woods, and putter. Highly doubt many beginners are ready to drop $3k on a full set of PING clubs. Like with any product, you're going to have some bad and some good. All things considered this is a great set for the price. Driver: Good - Isn't going to last forever. If you're pushing pro swing speeds, you'll probably just destroy this driver after a few rounds or less. Otherwise, forgiving, well balanced, durable enough for the average player. 3 wood/5h: Good - 5h does everything you need it to. 3 wood may have similar problems as driver. Irons: Amazing! - Very sturdy, forgiving, great ball flight. Putter: Good - Basic blade with ball alignment. Yes, the bottom gets scuffed. Sorry to burst your bubble, but clubs are going to show signs of wear when used... Bag/club covers: Great - lightweight, plenty of storage. Better than anyone is willing to give credit for. Covers aren't anything special, but good enough and aesthetically pleasing.

Bought the ultimate set. First set I bought after using a friends hand-me-down clubs for the first year or two. Clubs are nice, generally forgiving on the driver, and the 4-5 hybrid have become my go to approach shot clubs. I’m still shooting over 100 but the clubs held up through the season and even the putter is decent.

Solid beginner set. Driver is decent and has reasonable sweet spot. Irons swing well and the steel shafts are great for beginners to intermediate players. The bag might not last forever in the Arizona sun, but the clubs are great for the price.

Excellent set of golf clubs at a reasonable price. I purchased this for a gift for my physician clinical preceptor.

I bought this set a a beginner. I was pleased to find a complete set - irons, putter, driver, wood, and two wedges - for a price I would pay. There are three options, but I was all-in, so I bought the 16-piece set. It includes the sand wedge, which I was sure I would eventually need. Also included are two hybrids, which are usually easier for a beginner to hit than the 4- and 5-iron they replace. This has been a great, affordable set to use as I learn the sport.

***update after having it for at least 5 indoor games and couple of indoor driving range: YES the driver is dented. It looks pretty bad but still swings. Irons are great but the Driver is a bit of disappointment. Hybrid and irons are solid. This is definitely a beginner oriented Golf Club set. This said is good for teenage boys or girls or older male or female call for us who are trying to learn how to play golf. This is not utilizing the best quality materials, which will cost you $1,000 for driver, but it is geared towards the beginners were learning to play golf. If you're thinking about buying this product for your son or daughter who are just starting off to learn how to swing the golf, it should be done in controlled environment such as golf range with nicely padded mats underneath in order to minimize the chance of getting the driver damaged. Ions are in good quality. Hybrid and number three wood is also in very good quality. For how much you pay for, shaft is not the most durable shaft you can get. Thus if you strike the ground or the mat hard, it will break or damage the shaft. However if you are probably learning how to swing the golf club from slow too fast in gradual manner, this club will serve you well. I purchased this set of golf clubs for my son who just turned 16. With him probably learning his swings in control environment, club has not seen any damages in past six sessions. Club is , as mentioned above, not the best quality but for the price you pay for , it is one of the best beginner golf club for sure. Further updates on all clubs will be completed once my son and I go out to the Green in April or May of 2026. If any further updates required, I will update this review.

Positives: This set is a great set to start enjoying the game of golf, it provides all required clubs you need and the clubs are very smooth and easy to get used to, from the putter to the driver. It is great value for money, and the set is solid and durable. Also, the bag is comfortable to carry, provides all necessary pockets to organize your gear and it looks nice. Negative: Only club missing that you'll need to buy additionally at some point is a sand wedge
