Love these!
These are great quality training fins! I like that they are small and easily portable. In addition, they are comfortable on one's feet. Their functional and cute design make it a must have item on my list. I wear a (US) 6.5 women's shoe size and the C size fits perfectly as expected based on the Finis size guidelines. Training with these fins creates a better workout that focuses on quicker and shorter kicks that help guide proper swimming alignment. The resistance is just right to improve my kicks, speed, and form. In my experience, doing flip turns with these fins takes only a few tries before one adapts and easily goes about one's workout routine doing multiple laps. I purchased these brand new and they did arrive with some gooey, clear substance on the inside despite the sealed packaging. I figured it was normal, but called Finis to confirm it was and they said it's residue from when they're made. The explanation was a bit longer and technical, but I won't bore you with the details. Anyway, some soap, water, and paper towel should do the trick to wipe it all off. I should add that these fins came in a cute little black mesh bag with handles that I just lock onto my swim bag with my gym locker for hands free carrying purposes. Although these fins fit fine in my swim backpack and in many other bags due to their compact size, I tend to put my buoy, shower essentials, makeup, clothes, towel, and other things in my swim bag instead. I've only had these for a week and have had no issues so far. I've attached some photos of the fins and mesh bag so you know what to expect. I enjoy using these fins and recommend this product 100% so far.

Very comfortable and effective!
LOVE these fins! I wear a women’s size 10 and thought they might be a little big when I put them on, but they stay on great even during flip turns. They are soft, flexible and very comfortable, I hardly know they are on except I can swim faster and can feel the extra workout in my legs. very happy with these fins

Short bladed fins rock
If I owned the TYR short bladed fins, I imagine I would give them just as high a rating. I am a short bladed fin convert and love these fins. I use them for my own training and we have a number of pairs that we use with the swim team that I coach. It is easier to get a longer kick set in because though the kids are taking less time, they are working just as hard. Also great for getting a feel for swimming fast. The short bladed fin is great because it forces more of the natural racing kick (short quick kicks) over the diving fins which are designed for longer sweeping kicks. Also a great tool in teaching dolphin kick as the swimmer can feel that they are doing it correctly much easier due to the payoff the fins give in propulsion.

The F size was perfect for me so consider sizing carefully
As a new, older aged, and recovering knee surgery swimmer I researched a number of training fins and even had the opportunity to try various models at a local swim facility. Numerous professional reviews pointed me in the direction of the Z2 Gold fins. I received my first pair and, unfortunately, the sizing chart ran big. I wear a man's 10.5 to 11 shoe size and ordered size G, as indicated on the sizing chart. I returned those and ordered one size smaller, F. The F size was perfect for me so consider sizing carefully. The quality of the fin, both in material and design are excellent. They stayed firmly on my feet during swim time without irritating my feet or toes (I've tried some fins that rub annoyingly on parts of one's foot), provided excellent propulsion without hurting my knees and firm footing when walking in the pool. An excellent choice just watch the sizing.

Great fins for a better workout to reduce shoulder stress and build leg strength.
I have size 9 1/2 EE feet (male) and the size F fins were a perfect fit. I read all the reviews trying to figure out what size would be ideal because I hate returning stuff. I have used these fins daily since I bought them. I was a competitive high school swimmer in the 1970's and we used all sorts of cumbersome full sized fins and rubber bands to improve leg strength. When I saw these "mini fins" they looked like a great idea. My goal these days as a swimmer as I near age 59 is to take some of the load off my shoulders (three shoulder surgeries have that impact on your goals) and to build my legs for ice hockey (goalie). I can easily crank out 1500 yards and get a better leg workout with far less stress on my shoulders than if I were swimming without these fins. My ice hockey wind is a lot better and my legs are a lot stronger already. I already quit doing cardio at the gym - it was tough on my knees and low back. I had been doing 45 minutes to an hour of cardio 3-4 times a week at the gym on a recumbent bike and an elliptical and my legs just were not getting stronger but my knees and low back sure hurt. I also got plantar fasciitis from the elliptical - that was BAD news. Swimming with these fins avoids all the pitfalls of gym cardio for an older guy like me and lets me focus on upper body weight lifting at the gym. It took me a little bit to figure out how to flip turn with these fins on but it wasn't that tough to figure out. I have had no ankle stress with these fins and no blisters, sore spots or other issues reported by some other reviewers relative to these fins. The fins easily shed water, dry quick and are short enough to fit easily into my swim bag. They are easy to take on and off with just a bit of water but still fit snugly and are very comfortable. I hardly know I have them on when I swim. They are well designed and well built from solid material. The only sketchy part about them are the "black tips" that are a little sloppy looking but these are swim fins, not Jimmy Choo shoes. In summary the best addition to my swimming gear (along with the "Friendly Swede" goggles) that I have ever made in all my decades in the pool.

flimsy (from the heel). but solid material otherwise, and that doesn't make the best flipper. they look great though! and hey, a shark won't touch u with yellow body / black tips (it means poisonous in marine speak). clever colour design.
