A little complicated and doesn't seem to be high quality metal

I don't really know anything about this tool. It just looked interesting to me! My son is doing a lot of mechanical and welding things in school, and I thought that he might be able to figure this out. He hasn't had a chance to figure out what to do with it yet, but he's highly intelligent, and was very interested in the thick metal and some of the attractive Wells that were done on this. However, he did not like that the large plate has rust on it. It's not super thick rest, but it's definitely present in a thin and orange level. Despite some of the rest on the plate, we really like the quality and the weight of this metal. It's some heavy duty metal! I love heavy duty metal! I hope to come back and share some of my pictures once I figured out, but I may use it in some other way. I like to think outside of the box as an artist.
