To be honest, I personally am not really noticing a difference for my neck or back so far with this pillow. And despite the height difference, I'm still needing to use a regular pillow under it to prop up my head enough to be comfortable and help with a chronic post nasal drip. Every time I use just this pillow, in the middle of the night I end up grabbing another one. That being said, different bodies react to things differently and I could see this pillow being useful to others. It seems incredibly well made and is very soft and cushiony but retains its shape and thickness so far. I also love the ledge to the side where I can tuck my arms. (I always had to arrange a bottom pillow slightly offset to give my hands/arms that "ledge"). It's also staying put where I place it despite me often tossing and turning. So that's nice. No rearranging my pillow in the middle of the night. While so far it's not doing for my neck what I uad hoped, I'm going to continue to use it since it's a very nice pillow.

I like memory foam pillows because they provide softness for a variety of sleeping positions and do a great job of cradling your head. This pillow is very good and just as effective as the other two memory foam pillows I have, but it's different in a couple ways. The first memory foam pillow I got is a simple one with a profile like a lopsided figure eight. There is a depression in the middle and you basically pick the higher or lower side to put your head on, depending on your head and neck size and contour. That one works fine for sleeping on your back but isn't quite as versatile as the second one I got that has more ornate shapes and flares upward on the sides. The second one does this so you have support if you roll a side sleeping position. This new pillow is more like the second one I have. It's not quite as high at the high points at the sides, so it's better for smaller body sizes, and like the other one I have it can be rotated to use a side that's slightly higher or lower depending on your preference. The pillow supports all sleeping positions and the foam does a good job holding its shape. The case is removable for washing. There one other feature on this pillow I like. The case top has a fabric that is feels a bit cooler than the rest. I tested this out for several nights so far and have had no issues; it's comfortable and I didn't have any soreness or pain. Also, the pillow was free of odors. I did add my own pillowcase over it to help keep it cleaner.

After 7 months of waking up with a headache and a painful neck, I had no idea what a difference a pillow would make. Starting on night 1 this pillow worked perfectly to keep my neck properly aligned and keep me from waking with neck pain or headaches. I have to admit, it was a little confusing to figure out which side of the pillow to use and which direction I would want to flip the pillow, but after trying each side and rotating it, I found my perfect neck angle for sleeping on my back. I can not even describe how comfortable this pillow is. It is very soft and comfortable, but it provides a good amount of support. What is even more amazing is that when I sleep on my side, I can curl my arm in the little cutout of the pillow and my arm is supported and my arm does not go to sleep. My shoulder feels great, even when I am on my side. There is a zipper so you can remove the pillow case for washing, but I just added my own pillow case over the top. The pillow feels silky and nice, but I would rather have my flannel case. I was worried about using this pillow for other nighttime activities other than sleeping, since the pillow is oddly shaped, but happy to say that this pillow is great for my spouse also.

Wow! I have to say I was skeptical, but now I’m impressed. This cervical neck pillow is way more comfortable than I thought it would be, and I slept so well that my watch gave me a high sleep score. In other words, my sleep quality is great. It’s got just the right amount of firmness, not too much, and not too little. It has great neck support and keeps my neck aligned perfectly. It’s a really good quality pillow, made well, and has two sides or height options – a low side, about 3.25” high and a higher side about 5.5” high, so side, stomach, or back sleepers can use it. I’ve tried both sides, and I have to say I prefer the higher side. Since I’ve started using it, my neck hasn’t been stiff in the morning or felt like I slept wrong. The memory foam rebounds back to normal in about 5 seconds. The pillow case or cover is removeable and machine washable. I think this is a great value to feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. It’s so soft, but supportive.

I've been through so many pillows through the years, trying to find the right mix of comfort and support. I'd heard good things about this style of pillows and decided it couldn't hurt. I was hesitant to use it by itself, and wasn't sure of the best case to cover it (to protect it). It fit into one of our king pillow case covers easily, and I put a very lightweight down pillow on top of it for the first night. Well, that pillow slid off mid way through the night and nestled under my shoulders, leaving my head and neck squarely on the cervical pillow — and I wasn't upset. The cervical pillow was soft yet supportive, and I didn't feel all hot and sweaty during the night. I did notice the cover on the pillow has a hidden zipper, but I still would rather put another protective case on it, knowing if I sweat it will easily make its way through that. I've been trying to sleep more on my back, knowing it's better for me, but I still move to my side and stomach at times, and this pillow through both positions is still comfortable and supportive. I feel like it's not a bad price at all for a pillow, given quality pillows tend to add up. So far really happy with this, we'll see how it holds up over time
