Dried Hot Jalapeno Pepper Flakes - Dehydrated Washed Diced & Dried (1 Pound) 16 OZ With LOTS OF SEEDS

Not fresh, but very good. I live in Vietnam where jalapeños are hard to find. These freeze dried peppers are not as hot as fresh or even canned, but they add some heat and good flavor to Mexican food.

These Jalepeno bits are perfect and bring some heat. I added to some Green Chili that wasn’t quite hot enough for me and they brought the spice the green chili needed.

This product was absolutely perfect for sausage making. The price was even better then the product.

My old bulk supplier doesn’t carry jalapeños anymore; this was my replacement. Clean, no stems, great heat with depth of flavor. I’ll be buying again.

Pretty good. Not very hot but my gripe is there are soooo many stems in my bag. 1/4 way through the bag and I’ve gotten 4

Not too hot and great jalapeño flavor. I used them in my link sausage and snack sticks.They did work better when I put a little water on them and then added to the recipe. But it is not needed. The first batch that I didn’t hydrate came out good, it just dried the sausage a little more than I like. I used 0.5 oz to 5 pounds of meat, which I will probably increase to .75 oz to 5 pounds next time. But at that rate this pound will last me a long time.

I'm glad I ordered these dried jalapeno peppers! The brand I ordered previousky was not a spicy as these.I'll definitely be ordering again when I get through all of these! A+Shipping was super fast, too!

Larger than expected. Can be added to anything that contains fluid/liquid/sauce to add fresh flavor and spice. Great for soups!
