This bench comes ready assembled, so all you have to do is take it out of the box. You lock it in place assembled with a pull rod, so you don't have to mess about taking pins in and out. I was worried that using it flat might feel a bit weird because the seat bit is on a bit of an angle, but it feels perfectly natural when using, and you don't feel at an angle when lying flat. There is a very very slight wobble when doing flat chest presses with dumbbells, but certainly nothing that would make you feel in any way unsafe. No wobble at all on an incline. You can fold it down or put it up in seconds. It even has a little handle welded to the side underneath, so you can put it away easily. The build quality is excellent and it isn't that horrible flimsy tubing. I would totally recommend this bench, it is worth the money. Arrived 4 days earlier than stated as well. Just take it out of the box and off you go.UPDATE: I have had this bench around 4 months now. I weigh 85kg and lift 25kg on this bench daily. No problems at all. It gets folded flat and put away daily

This product has been reduce since I purchased it (£80-£65), which gives you a good idea as too it's true value (.000) I've summit a return and shall be getting a refund. This product is dangerous and may cause serious injury. The bolt responsible for hold the front support legs open can easily slip or in some instances break, allowing the bench to collapse, causing injury.Upon my initial review of the product page, I was quite happy with what looks like a handy foldable workout bench. I later returned to find the odd bad review, showing what could have easily been a minor defect with a limited number of these benches.... Skim through the reviews now however, and you'll find half a dozen or so bad reviews with the same problem, a broken bolt for holding the front leg open and keeping the bench upright.I did not encounter this exact issue, however the results of which were the same. You might think that perhaps some fat, dumb shit, carrying an unreasonable amount of weight, sat down and broke the bench but having experienced it myself, I can tell you that is not the case.The design of the bolt holding the front legs open is fatally flawed, and can easily slip out of position, either part way breaking the bolt, or all the way allowing for the bench to collapse forward and under, which it exactly what happened to me.I attempted to lock my right leg in to do some sit ups, and as I lifted my left foot transferring my full weight onto the bench, it collapsed. I very nearly became trapped with my leg pined between the bench seat and the bench leg, luckily for me I'm limber enough to have pulled my leg out before it got fully crushed.For those interested, yes I checked that the bolt was properly engaged to start (as well as just before trying a sit up) and had in-fact put my full weight on the bench several times doing other exercises and all within the same session, so I can be sure the bolt was not loosened or knocked before attempting a sit up.In conclusion, simply do not purchase this product, it will at some point slip or break, causing injury or just breaking itself with the fall.

Hello dear Sr/MsThe chuck of the unlocking of the bench shaking because it has a lot of space in closing. This does not mean you can not do your exercise but it leaves a little open to the brace. If the lock was just would be better.Youse sincerely.

This is junk I thought it was awsome if had it for 2 weeks and I am 87kg lifting 15kg dbells and it snapped and collapsed devastated

El banco es estable y cómodo. Aguanta bien el peso, viene montado y es muy fácil de desplegarlo y volverlo a plegar para guardarlo apoyado en alguna pared, armario grande o debajo de la cama.Las posiciones en las que se puede poner el respaldo para hacer el ejercicio correspondiente, están muy bien conseguidas. Excepto la que queda totalmente vertical, que no se puede llegar a poner, aunque no creo que llegara a usar esa posición totalmente en 90º, ya que es mejor para la espalda que el respaldo este ligeramente inclinado hacia atrás. El asiento es amplio y cómodo, y esta en posición fija inclinado hacia abajo (hacia la dirección del respaldo), esto es muy bueno para la espalda una vez más, ya que impide la tendencia al hacer ejercicios con pesas a que la espalda se doble y pierda el apoyo.

Qualität ist nicht so gut, der Bank ist auch ein bisschen instabil aber für den Preis ist ok. Wenn Mann etwas besser will, soll deutlich mehr bezahlen. Ich benutze den Bank ein paar Mal in der Woche und bisher bin ich zufrieden. Lieferung super schnell

Banco recomendable, pero no le doy 5 estrellas porque nos llegó con una pieza defectuosa que no permitía usar el banco como silla, sino que quedaba siempre en diagonal. Con algunas herramientas pudimos arreglarlo de manera efectiva, pero costó un poco. Por la situación actual ni se nos ocurrió devolverlo o cambiarlo, pero quisiera que el vendedor lo tome en cuenta y revisen otros bancos que puedan tener el mismo defecto.
