Vitamin B supplements are essential to readdress the lack of sunshine (which supplies natural vitamin D).The Sunvit capsules provide a quick boost as they are high dosage. At one a day the supply will last four weeks. The warning on the box is that owing to the high dosage the capsules should not be used long term. Already one week in, my son is already feeling the benefit.The capsules have a two year life span, and so you could have two boosts of two weeks each with a good gap in between.Five stars and no less!

These vitamin D capsules come as two strips of 14 x capsules and are packed within a nicely-designed sunny yellow and white box to reflect the vitamins’ function, that of ensuring a sufficient intake of vitamin when either the sun either cannot be a factor due to health reasons, or it is not shining long enough to provide vitamin D due to the climate. They are easy to swallow and as such (i.e. as they are not sucked or chewed) they have no real taste. The manufacturer states that the formula for these capsules is ‘clean’ in that they do not contain dairy, gluten, wheat, soy, peanut oil or gelatin. I have been taking these capsules for four days now and have had no side-effects whatsoever. The price seems about right for a 28-day supply.

Definitely good quality vitamin D3 tablets, you just take 1 a day and I've been taking them for a few weeks now and i feel they are benefitting me, especially as i don't get much sunlight. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, i didn't experience any side effects, you can also get higher doses that you just take once a week if you struggle to remember to take it, i really like these they are definitely worth the price and seem very good quality, plus there is no taste to them.

These are good quality, high-strength vitamin D3 tablets, which are easy to swallow and digest. I take vitamin D3 tablets for most of the year, as I don't think that I get enough sunlight on my skin in the spring, autumn and winter, to give me the quiet amount of vitamin D.These tablets seem to be a good source of the vitamin and easy to use. Given the size of a packet and the amount of vitamin D in each tablet, I think these make good value for money.
