Got Hard Body Armor? Coat Your Plates with this Stuff.
Good stuff! I used this truck bed liner spray to put a final anti-ricochet/anti-spall coating on ceramic body armor panels which I had first covered with fiberglas cloth and resin. I sprayed both the back of the panels and the fronts, trying the back of one panel first. I got a little pooling/running because I tried to put too heavy a coat on first. Once I was comfortable with the spray rate, the optimal distance, and how much was deposited per pass, I was able to get a nice, even, seamless coat on the plates. I let each coat dry before applying another, thereby building up thickness with each coat. The coating adhered firmly to the fiberglas resin and I would think it'd do the same if spayed directly onto a bare ceramic or steel plate. The color is a nice, uniform, semi-matt black. Just take your time and don't rush the process. I think if you wanted a budget-friendly way to line a truck bed, this product would work...it would just take quite a few cans to get a reasonably thick coat. Not sure of the long term durability for bed liner use, but if you want to coat ceramic or steel body armor panels, this stuff can't be beat - highly recommended for that purpose.

Turned out perfect!
Fantastic product. I used it on my Pro4x Skid Plate since I wasn't crazy about the aluminum color. Lightly scuffed it, and sprayed with Raptor and wowww. turned out great! Cant wait to do my rear bumper. Ive been getting alot of compliments and I can tell it's durable. Make sure you spray from about 2 feet away!

Transformed my jeep
Used this to cover some horrible paint on a 01 jeep wrangler TJ. Took a little learning on how to spray. Make sure you shake it really well, and keep shaking while using. The nozzle dripped a bit, and I got some chunky sprays at one point. I sanded it down and did a light coat over it again to clean it up. Took 7 cans for the wrangler, probably could have been less if I wasn't painting over white. Might be cheaper to do it with the spray gun and compressor, but the convience of these spray cans was too good to pass up

Great results, but quite messy!
This stuff worked really well for painting the top of my tool cart. I knew it would get a lot of things sat on it so I wanted to increase the durability of the top with a coating.A couple of call-outs:1) Pot life is 60 minutes once mixed2) recommendation is 2 coats, 20 mins apart3) shake it REALLY well. The coating is thick and it will spatter in larger globs if not mixed really well. If you have to stop and shake mid-spray, so it.4) Keep the can moving while spraying and heed the instructions of 2’ minimum distance. It will puddle up almost instantly if you are spraying so start your spray with a sweeping motion.5) there’s a fair amount of overspray and it’s messy stuff so make sure to tape off and cover anything that you don’t want sprayed6) mineral spirits clean this up nicely.Price seems equivalent to other 2k sprays I’ve used. You’re generally not going to find 2k for much less than $30. I haven’t tested the durability yet but will update the review as this ages.I plan to renew an old, red, Craftsman tool chest I have next. I think this will work nicely to bring new life to that old monster.

Awesome product!!
This stuff is great. I scuffed my tool cart lid, degreased with some alcohol, and used the U-POL grip 4 adhesion promoter. Did two light coats of that, and then two coats of this raptor liner. This stuff comes out the can fast and I recommend a test spray on some cardboard. I feel like to got good results from spraying a good distance away and letting it just mist onto the surface. If you want a less fine cost that move closer. 2 coats of this 20 min apart and it’s tough as nails in about an hour. Highly recommend this product with the use of their adhesion promoter beforehand.

Just like a professional paint job
I build a spare tire swing out for my truck and i was recommend this raptor spray paint i got 2 cans to paint my project keep in mind i can build anything my weakness is the paint but this came out like a professional did the paint job is perfect and strong paint makes a big mess so you better cover everything before you paint but the results will be amazing

Very little product in cans
Awesome stuff but cans must come 1/4 full because they do not cover a very big space runs out fast for a expensive can if you wanted to spray a mailbox you would need 2 cans if that gives you a idea of how little you get
