Was nice but i make better pate myself- is light and airy lacks a bit of flavor - not really worth $34. If you know how to make pate better off doing yourself

Excellent duck mousse, at an incredible price. The true test of a fine mousse is the flavor of the aspic.Lived in Europe most of my life and this product would perhaps receive a rating of C in Switzerland, France or Hungary. However here in Jacksonville my family and I give it an A. Received cold and fresh. Order more from this wonderful company at the same time and shipping and handling are one price. Will purchase again. Do not hesitate to try this winner.

I have tasted better pate but this is okay, it does not have any special spice in it that would make it taste interesting it just tastes like ordinary duck pate....

This was so yummy. So far Fabrique has had the best pate I have ordered from the internet. It arrived cold, within just a few days of ordering, and it was delicious. I would order from this seller again.

This stuff is lovely. Nice to have for a picnic or just sitting at home with some melba toast. It is well worth the cost.
