I bought these because we do a lot of remote meetings at work and our phone system works through our computers. These worked out perfectly. So much that I bought another set to keep at home for remote work from home days. The sound is very good, the mic works great and is nice and loud on the other end and they are comfortable after hours of use.

Very clear audio. Noise cancellation is very effective. Comfortable to wear for extended periods. Works with my MAC, Windows and Linux machines perfectly. Recommend adjusting microphone about 2-3 inches from mouth for best performance. For correct left-right audio, wear headset with microphone on right. Can be flipped if using mono audio as in conference calls. Control module works as designed.

So far they have worked just fine for me. I use it with Skype on windows 10. Easy plug and play setup. Ditching my $200 + work provided plantronics, which is a total pain because I need to charge them all the time.

When I looked at this, I thought that it was really lame looking but the noise cancellation reviews are what made me buy it. and oh boy did they not disappoint. I’m a teacher doing online instruction this year and I work in my house with two wrestling dogs and typically like to keep the TV at a low volume for concentration purposes. The kids can’t hear a single thing and when I do actually record lesson materials, you can see just how great the quality of the microphone is. I recommend it to anyone who has a loud setting or even a slightly noisy setting. EDIT: I also did purchase the one that has 1 earpiece so I could have an extra and they didn't work out. The microphone would go in and out. My students said I was always going loud then quiet. So I'm returning those but I still stand by the first pair (dual earpiece). I'm sure it was just a lemon so I'm leaving 5 stars still!

1. Sound is garbled even using it to listen to a video. 2. "USB" connection fails regularly -- it "comes undone" and the laptop screams "USB error" or whatever 3. MIC does NOT WORK -- I tried everything 4. "non"-USB connection? what a joke! LAPTOP: Plug does NOT Fit. KINDLE FIRE: Plug does Not Fit I am SO angry and SO disappointed ... and now I have to wait & wait & wait for a refund.

For the most part, I believe that this headset is a good purchase. They seem to holding up well and both the microphone and the earpiece are clear. Also, they are comfortable to wear because they are lightweight and don't put a lot of stress on your ears. The only drawback that I have noticed is that there is no isolation between the cable itself and the earpiece and so any rubbing of the cable or shifting of the cable or moving of the cable at all, it can be clearly heard in the right ear. You can hear every time you move your head. It can be distracting during those quiet moments.

I needed a good quality headset to work from home, and did a lot of research before purchasing this one. It does meet my needs. The headphones fit well, they keep out background noise to the degree I needed, and the microphone picks up my voice clearly. They are comfortable to use for several hours. I am also very happy that they have a volume adjustment on the cord, so I don’t have to adjust the volume on the computer while I’m working.

This is a fantastic headset. Works well with my speech to text software. Right out of the box.

Excellent head phones , I work from home for a call centre. 8 hours a day. They a very comfortable, sometimes I forget I’m attached to a head set lol. Soft on ears ,very adjustable

Sound quality is good and the headet is comfortable
