this is really the best jigsaw i have ever used bar none , its perfect
this is a very well made jigsaw, i was impressed with the cutting action and its ability to cut so well. i will be keeping this jigsaw for ever . thats the first time i have ever felt this way about a battery powered tool. its perfect . the blade holder is not super easy to install or remove the blade but its understood because its got a perfect cutting action and holds the blade perfectly . the speed is amazing slow and fast and everything in between. the weight is right and the handle is perfect. the size and weight is perfect it seems to fit into tight places and the quality of the saws quality, battery life , power and design is perfect . it also runs cool instead of like some other brands that noticeably run HOT .

Smooth operator..
This is a nice jig saw. The trigger speed control operates well and offers very good control, blade changing/retention is excellent. The light that illuminates the working edge of the blade seems to be off a little, but not enough for me to fuss about. It seems to make good use of whatever battery I use, as an example with a 2amp battery I get about 4 hours of use, cutting 1/2 and 3/4" plywood. I would buy again, but I sure hope I don't need to for quite some time.

Best Jig Saw I Have ever owned
Love this jig saw. Cuts so much better than any I have ever had. It is also nice that the batteries work with my other Dewalt products.

Great Portable Jigsaw
Great Portable Jigsaw. Never really thought I needed a cordless but this one works really well and Blade Change is a Lot easier than my Bosch corded.

Rigid blade mount
I looked at several jigsaws before landing on this one. Just grabbing the head of the others, i.e. Flex, rigid, bosch, cobolt, craftsman, this had the least amount of play. I wanted to love the Flex cause i own the 7 1/4 circular, sawsall, drill and impact driver. Bu it i also have lots of dewalt and batteries so i purchased this one. Great tool and i like the quick release head. Sturdy and easy to do with gloves on.
