This is such a comprehensive multi-vitamin/mineral formula, the best one I could find after shopping around for a while. It contains all the usual vitamins & minerals, but I really like the fact that it includes trace minerals and amino acids. I've really noticed a difference in my energy levels and sleep, since starting on this product.

First of all, Yes I do think these are a good all-round supplement. BUT, the container details that it's required that you need to take 6 capsules each day to reach the listed intake (Yes 6 capsules) So how did the previous commentators (and supposed users) comment on 180 days of product. Nope this product is good for 30 days - Something tells me these are product-hype posts, Shame, because the product itself stands-up, Just remember your only getting 30 days (with 180 capsules)

Great product! I bought ActiveLife because after much research, they were by far the most complete and cost effective multivitamin I could find. Fantastic supplement with high quality methylated b vitamins and premium absorbable forms of minerals. Best I've used yet.
