I can't image why a few have complained about this blanket being so un-liked. This blanket is perfect for a king size bed. There is plenty of cover hanging over each side. It's a wonderful light weight blanket for cool nights. It's not scratchy. There was NO funky smell. The design is pretty but I wouldn't allow a pet to sleep on it. Their nails would pull it and dogs loved to pick and pull at the threaded design from their boredom. I washed it (on gentle with cold water) and dried my blanket (on low as suggested by the care tag) before we used it. It stayed the correct size with no shrinkage at all or fading. I've washed it again after 2 weeks of nightly use. It's still perfect. We've experienced some cooler nights getting into the low 40's. Just using a sheet and the blanket, we stayed comfortable. We didn't feel smothered at all. The sewing was done just right. All the hems were even, no added fabric or miss sewn edges. I couldn't find a single thing wrong with this blanket.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for weave-unique and pretty, lets air and light through, thinner blanket [about as thick as 3 sheets]. Color not dark navy. Is in the medium blue family but it is perfect weight and feel, that overrode that it wasn't dark navy. My favorite sleep blanket! I love the texture, softness and overall feel of this blanket! I bought a second one! Washes great! Update: still my favorite blankets!

Love this blanket. King size is king size. It is a thinner blanket. Heavier weight to blanket but it is a very lightweight blanket. I bought a twin size , so I could use it on my couch as I recover from my surgery. I loved it so much I have bought several of these as gifts for my kids who love to sleep with heavier blankets but don't like to sweat from the blanket. So you get the security from the weight of the blanket. But also the blanket is a lightweight one so you don't sweat when your covered in it.. true to size

The waffle weave is great as is the color. It is a muddy beige/tan color and the picture shows the color well. It is soft. I placed it in the dryer to soften it a bit. I thought it would be a bit thicker, but it is still a nice light throw to take off the chill and still look nice.

I Love the 100% Cotton Waffle Weave products from PHF! They wash up beautifully and become softer and fluffier each time. The colors stay true, and quality is excellent, especially for the economical price! I originally ordered a king size blanket and two Euro Shams in navy. I decided they were too dark for the existing bedding I was trying to match, so I returned them and reordered the same products in Captain’s Blue. A while later, I received the following email from PHF inquiring about why I had returned the navy blanket and shams. “Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing PHF bedding products. I notice that you've returned the PHF 100% Cotton Waffle Weave Blanket King Size and Euro Shams in Dark Navy. I'm so sorry that our products don't meet your expectations. May I know the reason why you returned it? Such as, ① You don't like the material, design, color or size. Which one or several? ② You don't like the texture or touch feel. It is not soft. ③ The color is different from the picture or description on the website. ④ The measurement does not match the size description. It didn't fit. ⑤ Any other quality issues. We will solve the current problems and keep our work on developing better products with your help. Thank you in advance.” I was flabbergasted! In this day and age where customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, I truly appreciate the fact that PHF cares about the products they sell. Case in point, the duvet pictured with the Captain’s Blue blanket and shams was originally meant to be a $300 quilt that I ordered from P------ B---. It was of such poor quality that I returned it and complained about the quality. Unfortunately, I never heard back from P------ B---. I ended up ordering two tablecloths in the same pattern and crafted my own duvet out of them.

Perfect neutral color and washes well. Have washed 2-3x so far and still looks new. It is the perfect weight for a summer blanket. Dried about 1/2 way on low heat then draped across the couch with ceiling fan on high to finish air drying. A word of caution- if you allow pets in your bed, I believe they would snag it terribly, especially dog nails. I use it on top of a top sheet but I suspect if you use it alone and aren’t careful, human toe nails could snag it too. I plan on ordering other colors for other rooms.

I got these cotton waffle weave towels for my bedroom and they’ve been a great addition to the decor. The texture looks nice and they feel soft and comfortable to use. The color fits well with the room and adds a cozy touch. They’ve held up well with regular washing and still look good. Overall, I’m very happy with them and they’ve helped tie the room together.

I am confused by all of the reviews saying this blanket is soft. I feel like I got a different product, because it's quite scratchy. Also, the description said it was machine washable and dryable on low, but the tag on the blanket said to "air dry" it. I don't have space to air dry a queen size blanket so I put it in the dryer on low and it shrank a lot. I can still drape it over my bed, but I can't really tuck it in. The color and weight are great so I decided to keep it. It's light and breathable, but not too light. It will be a middle layer of bedding because it is too scratchy to have next to my skin.

I'm one of those people who overheat under any duvet, so I've switched to having a top sheet and 2 of these cotton bedspreads I can fold over as needed. They're wonderful, I'm not overheating at all. I think they'd also work well if you're generally warm enough but need an extra layer over your feet/legs. They look lovely (I love the different colour options) and they don't catch and leave you with ugly loose threads like the looser knit ones do. They also wash well and dry quickly.

It's soft, it's breathable and it looks great on the bed.

Great quality exactly as expect I really like it perfectly for the summer time if you don’t want to have the AC on at all times
