Lowest dose I can find on the market - I can methodically sleep all night with this stuff; no hangover drowsiness next morning.
I've been using this for ~1.5 years, and I finally found a method with this stuff that works for me to sleep throu the entire night- even when I am stressed out! My main problem is that i sleep lightly, and if I wake up and start thinking, my mental processor reboots, and them I'm screwed for the night and know I will have a tired headache next day. 1. I read a Dr. Weil book where he said that research showed doses of melatonin as low as .25 mcg were the best and safest for longterm use. 2. The lowest dose I could find anywhere until I found Herbatonin was 1mcg. So thats what I used. 3. problem is that with 1mcg, Id always fall asleep, but if i woke up and rebooted, i was scared to take another pill to fall asleep again because then the effect would keep me tired all morning at work. 4. This stuff is so minimal that its enough to always get me asleep initially, but even after as low as 2 hrs of sleep, if I wake up, I am refreshed and not drowsy. 5. I reason that 3 of these pills equals 1mcg, so I can take up to three doses through the night and not be worse than the former stuff I was taking before. 6. I did think about time release, but I think this way is better because I use less, and only as needed- IF I wake up and reboot. 7. Thus far, it is working really well for me. At most Ive taken 3 in one night. Most of th time I just need 1-2. I even woke up once by the alarm clock with no interruptions! That NEVER happens to me! 8. With this new method, my next goal would be to go to sleep without taking one. I find that Im usually always tired enough to fall asleep initially. My original thinking was to always take a melatonin initially because it would have the highest probability of potentially sleeping through the night with minimal drowsiness in the morning. Now that I know I can even take one as late as 430 am and be good to go at 6:30 am, I can just fall asleep without even taking one. IF i wake up I can always take one....but just maybe Ill sleep one night all the way through naturally. So in summary, with Herbatonin, I not only get better sleep, but I also reduce the anxiety of waking up with insomnia, (which puts me even more at ease and makes me rest even better), and I have HOPE that I can actually hit a point where I can sleep theough e night naturally with no phamecetical aids! I LOVE THIS STUFF

Heard about microdosing melatonin to re regulate you circadian rhythm…
Si this brand was recommended. And omg ! If you are consistent and take it 2 hours before a healthy bedtime and set your alarm to a correct wake up time depending on how many hours sleep you personally need, it actually works! I have dealt with poor sleep hygiene my entire life- either way too much because of emotional/mental issues, or the opposite, too little from staying up late avoiding sleep because I had to deal with serious insomnia and sleep disturbances. So I decided to make a conscious decision to finally try to take some control back. Two hours before bedtime this melatonin. No screen time without using blue light cancelling glasses then made myself turn out the lights at my set bedtime. I use a sound machine to cancel out random noise and if I have anxiety use 4/7/8 breathing technique. It took some time to get into the mindset, and actually stick with it, but I did and it has made a huge difference in my life. It can still take a long time to fall asleep, but I don’t wake up all the time during the night, and I wake up before my alarm by a few minutes often. This can be a game changer if you really want to change your sleep patterns. This dosing is not to make you sleepy. This dose is to kick your own melatonin production to get its own rhythm back. That’s why there is no grogginess associated with larger doses of melatonin. 😊👍🏼

Exact Opposite Effect!
I took one and didn't notice any difference, likewise for the 2nd and 3rd. On the fourth night, I awakened a half hour after going to sleep with my metabolism racing. This happened again on the fifth, sixth and seventh night. It was only on the eighth night, when my heart was pounding and I felt as if I was shaking internally that I became sufficiently concerned to put it together-- it was the Herbatonin, the only part of my sleep equation that changed. Needless to say, there wasn't a ninth night, but my sleep was somewhat improved, going far to confirm my suspicion. Moreso on the tenth night. It took an additional two nights to get back to where I was before I tried this. And I now have no doubt the Herbatonin did me in. I have no idea if it's the ingredient or the process they use to get the ingredient, but what I do know is I'll never try this again. I also know that metabolisms vary widely and you might have a great experience. Just keep this in the back of your mind if you don't.

Used for an international flight to help get over jet lag. Worked like a charm. Really appreciate the low dose amount.

Natural melatonin, not synthetically manufactured
A good product, I think, I like that a small dose is sufficient and helps induce sleep. I’m taking it every evening. Per manufacturer it is identical to the human-made melatonin and not chemically synthesized like most melatonin on the market.

Quality melatonin. Really aids in my fight to get rid of my under eye lines.
This is the brand and type of melatonin I trust to recommend to my friends and family. It's also the exact product and brand recommended by PhD melatonin researcher Dr Deanna Minich. Personally, I have felt a good, subtle effect when using it 1 hr before bed. It's subtle enough to not cause drowsiness the next day, yet good enough to aid in fixing my circadian rhythm. When I am consistent with my bedtime and wake time and use this melatonin, the dark lines under my eyes start to go away. That's what I like to see. Thumbs up!
