This set is well worth the money! Not only is the color gorgeous, the knives are sharp and cut everything like butter! This is the best knife set I've ever purchased and I'm in my 40s! I would definitely suggest these as a gift, maybe new home owners, a new home chef, or for anyone who cooks! They're really comfortable to hold correctly. They're perfect weight. They look beautiful in the block! (I do wish I had other color choices for the block.)The kitchen sheers are also sharp! I had to educate my kids that the sheers are for food, not paper, plastic or anything else. They're to cut food. 😉

These knives are very sharp and the handles are easy to grip! And,they are very beautiful! I love the shade of red. I was very surprised at how well they worked and made my cutting much easier.

I love this knife set so far! They seem well made. I see some people complaining they were ‘covered in glue,’ mine were as well, but it’s just excess of a rubbery glue that comes off 100% with very little effort. I’ve also seen complaints about the knives getting too dull right away. And I feel that these people don’t realize that you’re supposed to sharpen a knife every time you use it. If you do that, they should always stay sharp. You don’t wait until they are already damaged to try and remedy the issue. And finally, I saw reviews complaining of spots after washing. I have had zero, but I also do not put my knives in the sink EVER. Not only is that very unsafe, but that’s how your stuff gets ruined. Stainless steal does not mean it cannot get damaged. If you leave it soaking in the sink, or sitting wet in a dish rack, they’re not gonna stay nice looking. I’m a believer that your knives should be washed, dried, and stored right away. I love this set and think they look lovely. The only thing I don’t love is that the scissors don’t have the twist apart blades like a lot of kitchen scissors. These knives seem really nice and high quality for the price. Would definitely recommend.

We love the look and feel of the knives overall, but the steak knives are basically worthless. They do not cut as well as our old cheap set of JK Henkels, and are nowhere near the Bellemaine steak knife set we bought on Amazon.On a really good note though: These Emojoy knives are not only beautiful but all the larger knives in the set are sharp and cut very well! we tried them on tomatoes, hard salami, chicken (raw & cooked), and romaine lettuce, and they outperformed any knife set I've owned.If they had continued the beautiful stainless "swoosh" design on the handle of the steak knives, and also made the steak knives as nice & sharp as the rest of the set, they would have gotten a perfect 5 stars!

Whole knife is just one piece.Proficient Performance:Very sharp, which is good for an expert, but I’m a beginner so I got a couple of minor cuts. Which keeps me more alert now.Overall, absolutely a good purchase. The block holds the knife sharpener and the scissors which is good for me because I have limited counter space in kitchen. These knives do the work for you! They are well balanced and razor sharp. I spent thousands on Cutco knives and I would choose these over them, hands-down.
