Another dud
I love the idea of the Ryobi plus one products but the batteries just stink. The very first two batteries I got lasted me about three years but from then on, they’ve lasted me about six months. This one, only lasted me three months. The charge is good enough when it’s working but I found that each one of these batteries soon goes defective.On top of that, it seems that the screws strip the plastic threading from the vibration of the power tools. The casing for the batteries on half of my batteries have fallen apart. The battery still work fine with duct tape on them but definitely not ideal.Last, it seems like the piece that snaps into the power tool to make it secure and snug quickly wears out leaving you with a battery that slips out of the device you are using. I am extremely unhappy with these batteries but feel like I have no choice but to buy another one.

Great product that holds a charge for about 15 minutes.
When I received the battery in the mail, I discovered that it was not the same voltage or power as the battery that came with the Ryobi blower. I was concerned so I contacted Ryobi customer service and they informed me that the batteries were interchangeable and that I did not have to return it. I was so glad to know this. This battery life was half of the original but was fine as I got the job done with both batteries and did not need extra time. Great product-better and lighter than my Toro leaf blower that was so heavy to use! I used the Toro for one season and then it died. Toro would not let me return it without a huge hassle as I received it as a gift and was delivered by Amazon. Buy a Ryobi and you will be so happy you did!

I am a kindergarten teacher. I purchased this to use with my Ryobi hot glue gun as an extra battery pack. The glue gun original battery lasts for around 45 minutes before needing a charge, so this will be great to have has a backup!

Dangerous
This battery just exploded and went up in flames. Acid has gone all over my husband’s face and has burnt his hands.It’s extremely dangerous. I tried to report to Amazon but there is no category that allows for this.
