LITERALLY LIFE CHANGING
This supplement has been life changing for us. Our daughter had VERY few moments during the day where she was awake, and not crying. It was miserable. My husband and I were at our wits end. I knew there was a reason behind her crying due to othr symptoms. After some research, I was highly suspicious of a lactose intolerance caused by poor nursing early on. I found this supplement and talked to my pediatrician and my lactation consultant, and they both agreed that it was worth a shot. Within 24 hours I had a completely different baby. She was content, less gassy, and her stools returned to normal. This product has allowed us to bond better with our baby, and restored some sanity to our household.

WOW!!!
WOW!! I cannot say enough good things about this product!! I’m going to be honest… I was at my wits end with my twins and their daily witching hour. And no, we weren’t blessed enough to have just one hour of screaming- this would go on for HOURS all day. Of course they have colic, but it was getting to the point where every single product we tried would do nothing. Every warming pack for their bellies, every probiotic, every gas drop would still yield the same results- on and off screaming all day and absolute chaos for hours at night. I saw this on tiktok and decided to give it a shot. Worst that will happen is nothing right? When I say we had instant relief… I’m not kidding. Within a day they were completely different. This stuff is so good that I have smiling babies that sleep soundly throughout the whole night. If you don’t believe me- we ran out and decided to stop using it because our doctor said their colic should go away when they are 3-4 months old. Well they just turned 3 months so I thought why not see if we can stop now? The day we stopped they were fine, but the next day was a war zone in my house. I think they cried for 8 hours that day. Thank goodness for 1 day shipping because as soon as we got it again, we’re back to peace in our house. Please if you are in the trenches like we were, I really recommend giving this a shot! The only downside is that you need to prepare the bottles with this before giving it to the baby. I recommend prepping the bottles and putting it in the fridge because it’ll last for 12 hours refrigerated. When I see that the prepped bottles are running out, I just make more. Also, I recommend only starting with two drops per bottle. My LO had a bit of spit up when I did 4 drops as recommended, but as soon as I dropped down to 2, they aren’t spitting up at all.

Best kept secret for nursing moms
My lactation consultant suggested these drops because I have a fast let down and a large volume of milk, which means that sometimes my baby gets a lot of foremilk, which moves through the digestive system quickly, as it is thin, and the body can't always make enough enzymes to digest it in time. I bought the drops, gave it a try and after a while decided to back off, in case it was just snake oil! Within a day, my sweet baby was fussy, not sleeping well and overall so unhappy. My husband kept saying, it's his stomach... Did you try something new? Eat a food you haven't had in a while? That's when I realized that I had phased him off the drops and it made all the difference. This is my third child and wished I had known about these drops with my first two. We keep the droppers everywhere, in the diaper bag, in the nursery, I even tuck the bottle into my bra when we are out and about. I squirt 4 drops directly into his mouth (I do not do as the directions advise, which is to express milk, stir in drops, then spoon feed the baby the blend... That would be insanely difficult to maneuver with a hungry, crying baby in your arms). I also do not refrigerate, but don't leave it exposed to excessive heat, and it works well every time. This is such an amazing product. Thank you!

Love the item but currently incorrectly priced
This item is listed incorrectly with an incorrect description and incorrectly priced. The 3 pack is NOT 1.5 oz/15 ml per bottle, those are the 7 ml bottles. I purchased it around 8 times for my twins thinking it was the 1.5 oz as listed in the description. The picture shows 7 ml though and that's what you actually receive. So it is cheaper and lasts longer if you just purchase the 1.5 oz individually rather than the 3 pack which has you pay more for less.

May be useful for EBF babies; not as effective as lactose-sensitivity formula
I'm not really sure that I noticed any appreciable difference using this product, but every baby is different. Mine had awful gas/colic and constipation for the first 7-8 weeks. We tried everything, including Simethicone gas drops in every bottle, Culturelle, gripe water, Dr. Brown's gripe belt, Windi straws, bicycle kicks, and Gentlease formula. Nothing helped. We couldn't be sure whether or not baby had a lactose intolerance, but we gave this a try anyway. I had low supply and was supplementing, so I added it to both my breast milk and his Gentlease until we ran out (at which point I switched to an actual lactose sensitivity formula, which really did seem to help, but the Colief alone did not).I didn't ask my pediatrician if it was okay to use this, though she did tell me it was okay to use probiotics, and since lactase is a natural enzyme, I felt comfortable using it. Reviewers complaining about how quickly it expires -- again, it's a natural enzyme that breaks down over time. That's just the way it is. Write the expiration date on your bottle and toss it when that day comes. Not worth taking any chances with your baby.As with all things when it comes to colic, it's hard to pinpoint whether any solution is actually effective other than time. For me, Colief was not the miracle cure that some reviewers claimed, but then neither was Culturelle. I can say what did seem to help my newborn was switching to an actual lactose-sensitivity formula. I understand this is not a helpful solution for EBF babies with colic, so I say you have nothing to lose by trying this. My baby eventually grew out of his colic around 7-8 weeks, but I still use the generic Sam's Club version of Similac Pro-sensitive and he rarely has troubles with gas anymore (he's 10 weeks now).Hang in there! Colic doesn't last forever.
