It worked perfectly for two years. I loved this heating pad, it warms the table at just the right temperature, more so in the medium and high setting. I used it for mobile massages during cold season and it worked great until at the start of this season it just stopped working exactly after two years. I’m bummed about it, I’ll get insurance this time around.

I absolutely love this massage table warmer. It heats up fast, stays consistently warm, and makes the massage experience so much more relaxing. The material is soft and comfortable, and the size fits perfectly on my table. I really like that it has multiple heat settings so I can adjust it depending on the day. It feels safe, well-made, and very durable. I’ve been using it regularly and it works perfectly every time. Definitely worth the purchase—I highly recommend it!

I put it on my table as soon as I got it this summer, but when I went to turn it on this fall, it didn't work. The switch doesn't turn on. I should not have assumed it would work and now I am outside my return window.

This has to be my favorite Table warmer on the planet! Love it so much I bought a replacement when the one I had for years stopped working, and when I hired new people in my practice, I made sure that I purchased this exact table warmer. What I love most about it is the fact that it doesn’t turn off in the middle of an appointment. It stays on until I shut it off. It doesn’t get too warm, but it does get warm enough. I have it layered under a 1 inch thick egg crate foam pad that is then covered by a vinyl table cover, and the heat still permits through.

I bought this to use in my bed. I have a queen size bed and I bought this heating pad to use on the side that I sleep on. I put the heating pad underneath my sheet and when I tell you, I turned the heating pad on before I get in bed and within five minutes I’m sleeping. It’s the best thing I have ever purchased!

My initial review is below, but I am circling back around, To update. Earth light, Customer Service, did follow up with me, after reaching out to them and posting my review on Amazon. They were kind enough to replace both of the warmers that I purchased by sending me brand new replacement warmers! Although the warmers initially stopped working after a year, it is a quality product, that will work for about 12 months time with no issues. The Customer Service, is above and beyond, and truly outstanding representation for a company, that stands behind their product and appreciates their customers. This was very unexpected Outcome, and really is a testament to earth light too take such good care of long-term users of their product. Highly recommend. And would continue to support this brand in the future. I own a spa in California, and ordered several of these for our treatment tables. I ordered in September 2023, and it's October 2024, just a little over a year later, and the warmer has stopped working. This is actually the second time that this has happened with a similar warmer, and One would think, that you're able to use on a daily basis, or at least a few times a week, for more than a year time before the warmer just goes kaput. I reached out to Earthlite customer support, to share feedback and experience, and hopefully they will stand behind their product, and offer a replacement. Just an FYI, to consider when purchasing..

Dislike was left on warmer over night and turned off never worked again. Maybe it over heated n no reset button on it, first time used Unsatisfied waste of money, never been used when I did was on n then turned off n never turned back on.

Loved the fit, quality of construction, ease of use, and most of all the way it feels! I found the buttons on this one a bit noisy and clunky — minor — and I sometimes had to move between the three temps during sessions to meet my clients’ comfort preferences ( I always ask at the beginning of the season and also when it’s time to turn the client over if I can adjust the temperature.) If you have the money the numerical temperature control version of the warmer fleece duo might be a worthwhile upgrade. You’ll find your groove! No matter which model you choose the biggest thing I can say is this: a heated table is WORTH IT, a hundred times over. And Earthlite’s options are all great. A special thanks to Paul in customer service for helping me with a return. The process was seamless, professional, and hassle-free! One of the heaters I bought failed after using it for six months and, since I bought it online here, I was worried I would have a hard time finding a real person to help me with an exchange. It couldn’t of been easier. Earthlite customer service was on it, answered my call on ring 3, connected me with the right person and my awesome heater was in my hands within days: free of charge and hassle. Thank you!!!

Used 6-7 times, then stopped working

I used once and the item has stopped working completely. The fit and quality was great but the item was faulty and expensive.
