It does distort the voice of person talking into mic some.

I'm a little hard of hearing. So pinching this to my should or shirt collar helps a lot. It's light weight, it's feel good in your hand (not heavy) and there's plenty of play in the cord. The best one I've used so far. I bought it to use at work. They liked it so much they bought some for the loaders.

Sound was not clear enough for me in my work force..missed lot of calls
