Good.It was physically good over view.Only on 7.11 24 we put the gas stove for regular use.We noticed the one burner at right side was found defective and gas come out abnormal.We informed to manufacturer but no any efftive steps to solve.Want to replace with fresh one

am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the recent experience regarding the gas stove I received from your platform. The product turned out to be completely defective and unsafe — gas started leaking on the very same day of receiving it. This is not just poor quality but a serious health and safety hazard.I immediately raised a return request, but it was rejected without any inspection or contact from your team. Later, the system advised me to cancel the return and create a new one — which I followed. However, now there is no option to return the item at all, and I am only being shown the “warranty repair” option, which is not acceptable to me.Let me make it absolutely clear:I do not want a repair.I will not use this dangerous item again.I demand that you take this product back and issue a full refund immediately.This is the worst experience I’ve had with an Amazon seller in my lifetime. I trusted your platform, but this situation has been handled irresponsibly and has caused real risk to my home and family.Please escalate this matter to the highest level and resolve it at the earliest. I expect a prompt response and a pickup arranged without delay.

Product is good. Packaging and shipping was not proper. One of the stand was bent. Not stable.
