I’ve never seen a supplement with all of these good ingredients in it all at once, I’m so glad I found these!!!

I like that this product has many of the herbs and spices that help reduce inflammation in the body. Inflammation is one of the leading causes of chronic diseases and ailments. Since I can't picture myself separately eating all these spices and herbs, it's great to know I can take them in these convenient supplements that are small. The only thing is you will taste a bit of the Garlic in them, but that's okay. This minor con is nothing compared to the many positives.

This supplement has everything my doctor recommended for me to have each day. However, it tastes like all of the ingredients combined, so I'd hold my breath.

Started taking this supplement a few weeks ago and I have noticed a huge difference in my energy level and my overall health. I will be purchasing more soon!

I like everything about this multi spice supplement. The different spices it what enticed me to purchase. It works as intended and it keeps my immune system strong. This is my second bottle.
