Comidox 2Pcs Silicone Pendant Water Drop Gem Mold Resin Casting Pendant Tool with Hole

I am brand new to the UV resin scene, but I did extensive research into the dos and donts before jumping into the pool. These molds fit all the "must haves" - silicon, translucent to let UV light in, sturdy. My first time using them and you can see the high quality gems created. The pieces also domed beautifully after removal from the mold - I flip the mold over and use the back of the mold to sit the finished gem on bottom side up to do the doming. Super easy! I like them so much I ordered a second set to keep as a back up for when I wear this set out.

Fun to use. The molds are softer than some others I have used.

I enjoyed exploring epoxy molding with these small pendant molds. However, they really don't make a substantial 'stone' as it's not heavy enough to hang alone on a cord or chain, and not deep or large enough to place anything substantial in the mold for decoration. I'll continue to experiment, though.

Excellent quality silicone, not flimsy or thin. The circles that appear in the photos are not inside the mold but on the underside that sits flat. Inner mold is smooth with no blemishes. Very pleased with these molds.

She liked these so well she asked me to buy a few more so she could make several of the same color at the same time! While making 6 is nice, she likes to make a bunch of beads at once, so now she can make a dozen since I bought another set. She's tickled pink! :)
