Amazing nice atta . Tasty
Very nice flour. Healthy and gluten free. Lots of fibre and different flours . Easy for digestion as well. The rotis are soft and tasty .

Edible gold .... a boon for celiac patients
Excellent for baking cakes .....cookies .....brownies .........very easy to prepare ...and tastes delicious.....and since it's gluten free it's a healthier alternative for everyone...However ....preparing chapati is a bit tricky .....but for celiac patients it's better to use hot water ....mix ....cover n rest before kneading and the taste is barely ok...... just palatable but...... really good if the form is changed .....great for lacha parata...stuffed or veg parata...bati....bafla .bhatura.....puri....pakwan....papdi...pizza .....buns .............cheela with a little bit of added riceflour......lentil flour ....veggies and spices ........according to taste.......And for those with a sweet tooth fresh pancakes in minutes or freshly baked cinnamon rolls ..the recipe list is long .......but for a health conscious creative mind it's a culinary campus to play around with mix n match of additional ingredients ....combinations in different ratios.....Tastes good .....easy to prepare .....takes no time ....easy to digest ....a healthier alternative....
