I don't know if it works or not . I took the pills no weight loss so far one week. I have not changed what I eat if I can stop gaining weight it would be a success for me.

Was very excited to give saffron a try, after reading the good reviews i thought id give it a shot...at first..NO difference but to be fair i continued taking for 2wks...NOTHING but bloated!! Glad company offers money back guarantee!!

As with a lot of other "weight loss" promises, I could not even tell I was taking Saffron Ignite. A waste of my money.
