I carry at least 5 of these in my trauma kit. Easy to use and very effective for stabilizing injuries until paramedic help or arrival at the hospital. Intuitive design for bandage remaining stable and tight.

I recently had cause to self administer and use a similar product. It was not easy to apply by myself, and was over sized for the wound I was trying to treat. I went looking for something that would work better if there were ever a "next time". These bandages fit all of my criteria. Easy to self apply, non adherent/ sterile, and can be used as a sling, etc. The vacuum seal is great, not only for sterilization, but reduces overall size if you're trying to fit one in mobile med kit.

Perfect for first aid kit

After the latest chainsaw recertification course, and watching several videos of chainsaw injuries, I looked at the skimpy first aid kit I'm been carrying and decided it was time to upgrade. Space is limited and this bandage allowed me to remove several other space-hogging items, so the kit gained a little space. Thankfully I have not needed to remove the bandages from the sterile packaging, so I can't comment on functionality of this specific brand of bandage,. In a wilderness first aid course similar bandages were very simple to use and appeared to function as advertised.
