This coconut extract smells so good! As soon as I open the bottle, I can smell the coconut goodness. The extract is crystal clear. I received the 2X more bottle, which was 2 ounces.I like adding coconut extract to homemade caramel in addition to vanilla. It gives the caramel a nice Caribbean vibe. The coconut extract is also good in cakes and pancakes. The coconut flavor shines through without being overpowering.

I made my first (vegan) coconut cream pie with this extract. The flavor was unbelievable. Perfect!

It is getting impossible to find maple flavoring at the market, so at this great price, buy it here! I love maple frosting and glaze on doughnuts or a spice cake. It's the only way to get true maple taste and there is the ease of just using a few drops to get that special flavor.
