Q: Am I missing something because the reviews are good yet none of mine will stick. I've tried different surfaces but they just fall after about 2 mins

1. Swivel the hook up the way 2. Press onto a smooth surface 3. Swivel the hook down into position while holding in place (quite stiff and takes a bit of force to swivel it down). 4. Will hold for ages. I used 2 in my motorhome shower cubicle and held all year.

Q: not sure how to use. do you wet them?

Yes wet them and stick to a suitable surface. They seem really strong. I have two on the glass of my back door holding a recycling bag.

Q: how much weight can they withstand for a long time?

We have them on the door in our changing room in the charity shop, so when people try things on they can change and put their clothes on the hooks. Not sure how much they can take.

Q: I can't get any of them to stick. The back is curved and hard so it's not possible to expel the air. What am I doing wrong?

Is the surface you are trying to stick it to smooth, without any bumps or something similar, like glass? Also, when pressing it onto the surface, do you then after click the hook into place to create the suction? So, you have it 'unhooked', you place the suction cup where you wish to have it, and then you click the hook into place. Hope this helps!
