While that isn’t automatically unsafe—several studies and consumer products do use 800–1 250 mg—it pushes you into “more is not necessarily better” territory and, because of the pepper, increases the odds of drug interactions and side-effects. Lowers my cortisol too much dose to high for me!
Lowers my glucose too much drops it under 50 I’m not a diabetic. I take NAD as well so maybe too much impact on my cortisol which lowers my glucose even though no symptoms of hypoglycemia enough to stop it.
