Burt's Bees Baby Nourishing Lotion with Lavender, Calming Baby Lotion, Pediatrician Tested, 99.0% Natural Origin, 12 Ounces

I ended up trying this lotion because my 4 month old has VERY dry skin. Someone gifted me the Burt’s Bees baby body wash and that seemed to help, so I thought the lotion would be a good idea. The pediatrician now has him on some more intense baby eczema lotion but this is the only other lotion I will use because it does “soothe” his skin. Everything else makes him red. I don’t think it smells bad but I can see how people who like sweeter smells may not like it. To me it smells kind of clay-like, with a hint of lavender. But so worth it to see it calm the angry red skin he can get. :(

This lotion is not just for babies! It is a rich, penetrating lotion with a heavenly scent that my skin loves!

I use this for myself as well as my kids. It smells so good and is moisturizing.

Love the feel. Not greasy and like that it’s all natural. I use on myself and kids. Sometimes they substitute the baby for regular and that doesn’t small as good but still works great.

I love this baby lotion, my baby is 17 months and I have been using Burt bee baby shampoo & powder so I decided to add the lotion. I like this scent, a little too strong for a baby though. The consistency is smooth and soft, but I don’t think this lotion is for a dry skin. It doesn’t moisturize my baby’s skin. Also Burt bee should do something this the plunger of the lotion. It doesn’t work well. Probably a different bottle will be good. In all it was all that a bad product

We have used this to give my son a massage every night since he was 3 weeks old (he is now over a year). It smells great, keeps his skin soft, and has become an important part of our soothing bedtime routine. I credit this lotion (and a calming routine) with helping my son sleep through the night at a very early age! From the first night we used this lotion as part of his bedtime routine he sleep for 4 hours, woke once and went right back to sleep for 5 more hours... He continued that trend until around 10 weeks when he started sleeping through the night!

A nice subtle scent that doesn’t last on baby. Also the perfect amount of moisture; not too greasy, not too watery.

I love Burt’s products so I was really excited about this baby lotion. For some reason, I assumed it would smell like lavender, which it does not. At first I didn’t like the smell, but after just a couple uses, it now reminds me of my clean babies and I love it. Just be aware that the smell is strong at first. I will be buying it again.
