Great product for hand strength building !
I had neck surgery in February and had extensive physical therapy & used this product in my p.t. Sessions . I purchased this product to continue with home exercises. It is wonderful! I’m building strength in my hands , that was decreased from nerve impingement prior to my surgery. I would highly recommend this product for hand strength building.

Great strength tool for hands, arms, shoulders, upper back
Didn't expect to like this so much. As a 77 yo female , bought the easiest version (yellow), but I find it just right for strengthening (have some neuropathy in hands and arms). It has some weight and is a surprising challenge to arms and upper back just to hold it at arms length out to each side and wiggle it. Other exercises are bending, twisting, pushing against and pulling the ends of the bar with variations of arms and elbows at different positions, which also works the upper chest. It's a very simple device, but actually very useful, and won't snap and break like stretch bands. Highly recommend.

Wish I got this sooner.
Good quality - seems to be helping. Instructions are helpful, but watching a video on YouTube was quickest way to learn how to use it. I originally purchased the red version, but it was too easy. Green is a much better challenge.

Big improvement in tennis elbow after about 6 weeks
After 6 weeks of physical therapy appointments and dutifully doing the home exercise routine and stretches for tennis elbow with no improvement, I found a New York Times article that reported very impressive results from a study of people with tennis elbow using this device to do an exercise called a "Tyler twist," and decided to try it. I chose the red one and it seems to have been the right option for me, a moderately active young woman. The manual that comes with it pretty clearly explains how to do the exercise the Times article mentions. I've been doing 3 sets of 15 daily for the last two months or so, and while my tennis elbow is not cured, my pain has decreased dramatically. Now I can't definitively attribute the improvement to this exercise, maybe it was just a coincidence. The orthopedist told me there's basically nothing you can do about tennis elbow but wait, so either he's wrong and this thing is miraculous, or it was just my elbow's time to feel better. At $15 I'm not losing sleep over the uncertainty.

Stopped early tennis elbow from progressing.
I was in the early stages of tennis elbow and using this seems to have stopped it in its tracks. Only been a week but so far so good. Will update over time!I’ve been picking up tennis and I went up in practice time too quickly. That plus poly strings at 55 pounds were too much for my arms tendons. This tool has helped me recover and keep playing!

Total game changer.
If I could give this 6 stars I would. I've been living with tennis elbow pain for about 6 weeks. Started using the Flexbar with the Tyler twist exercize for about 7 days and my pain level has drastically improved. This is the single best therapy tool for tennis elbow.
