Mouse pad y teclas fallida
El equipo se ve bastante decente en cuanto a condiciones físicas, pero tiene fallas en funcionamiento de varias teclas y el botón izquierdo del mouse.Ahora toca comprar esas refacciones para que se pueda utilizar con comodidad.Si compras este producto, recuerda que no llega a condiciones de realmente usable.

MOBO chip fried within 6 months
I really liked this little workhorse while it lasted, I was able to run 2 ASUS 32 inch of the DisplayPorts.Then one morning after 6 months, it wouldn't post, just the amber light on start button depress.Got a diag on it and a mobo chip was fried. Looking for a non refurbished replacement.

I purchased software that needed windows 11, But this laptop is windows 10 and doesn’t have the properties to run windows 11

Good laptop... except for one big issue...
The laptop is good. Like new, original charger, excellent condition. But the seller made a BIG MISTAKE: they gave me a computer with an 8265 processor, not an 8365. The processor is the most important part of a PC, and I received an older one. Seller error or scam? Hard to say.

Laptop had Core i5-8265U processor, not i5-8365U as advertised
Like another reviewer noted, my box label also said i5-8365U, but when you go into Windows About this Computer, it says i5-8265U. The 8265U is slower than the 8365U.Otherwise, the laptop was in excellent condition.

Missing Ethernet & smart card slot. FWIW, does not play well with Windows Server 2022.
Ethernet port & smart card slot are pictured, but are missing from received device.Mine might have also have a bad NVMe.
