Q: Does pmd clean pro have a timer that automatically shuts it off?

It does not. It only turns off when you press it 5 times to rotate through all 4 settings.

Q: Is the light supposed to stay on when in use? Does it make noise when it's on? Are you supposed to be able to feel it vibrating?

When thoroughly charged, light stays on, cleansing side makes vibrating noise, and you will feel the cleansing side vibrate. The moisturizer/serum side that warms up, does not make noise or vibrate

Q: Does this heat up to 42 degrees C like the stone versions?

The heat is substantial but enough to make the skin feel really good and relaxed. It won’t burn unless you have an active pimple that’s where it could sting. So be careful. Other than that it really is a spa for your skin, no lie! Just take your time and move in circular motion all over the face! Hope this helps
