Good for your system.
I have a problem with my digestive system, I suffer from constant constipation, but this drink helps with the general process of digestion. It contains sugar and I won’t recommend if you have a sensitive digestive system.

Good product, dodgy packaging
Product is generally good (effective, and lighter & less sweet than others).However carton design is a fail, leaking/spilling when poured &/or stored - messing-up surfaces, floors & the fridge.Perhaps this was a bad batch, as previous purchases have been OK.
