I bought this couch is 2022. I didn’t write a review on it initially because I thought “eh it was a $400 couch it won’t last” I wasn’t big on the size of the couch when I first bought it. I lived in a very small apartment and needed a convertible couch because I was unable to get any other couch into my apartment due to the way the stairs and front door were built. So in comes this couch. It’s sturdy, easy to assemble, super easy to move as I’ve moved twice since buying it. The cushion covers come apart so you can wash them in the washer so it’s easy to clean. It looks really cute and I’m happy to see years later it comes in different colors and is $200 dollars cheaper. This honestly is a great investment especially if you’re in your first apartment and just starting out/strapped for cash. My husband and I (I’m married and own a house now) have agreed we are keeping this when we buy a bigger couch. We just have more space and our family is growing. This is going to go into our home office as just extra furniture. If you’re thinking of buying it I would! We also have an Irish wolf hound now and he fits on it just fine. Just to give you a heads up, this comes in 2 boxs and it is possible you get each box on a separate day. That is what happened to me. After I got the first box, I got the second box 3 business days later.Take a tape measure as well to make sure it works for your place. My living room in my condo is not that large so this was ideal for it.Pros: Easy to put together. I did it by myself. It's inexpensive, I enjoy the look of it.Cons: the back cushions are not thick enough. For a short period of time, it's fine but if you are going to be sitting on it for a while, your back could start to hurt. I picked up some extra pillows to make it more comfortable.Overall, I have been happy with it once I added some extra padding for the back.

If you just moved to a new place and have been sitting on the floor to watch tv because you can’t afford a good couch, sure this is an option. Yeah it’s one of the cheaper couches out there so I wasn’t expecting much from the start, but for costing over $300 I wasn’t expecting it to be so uncomfortable and unpleasant. The armrests are hard and super uncomfortable. the pillows aren’t very cushy so it’s not nice for your back. The seats are small, you can sit, but forget trying to lay down unless you’re the size of a kid. Overall very cheaply made just by looking at it, wouldn’t be surprised if something breaks in the next few months. Assembly instructions were made by monkeys, no parts were labeled. You’re supposed to just look at the pictures and try to figure out which piece is which. In my opinion, This couch should’ve costed no more than $200. But they add a footstool to a very badly made couch and suddenly you’re paying almost $400. Should’ve saved a couple extra hundred $$ to get one that’s worth the money, but for now it’ll keep us from watching tv on the floor… 2 stars because i’m feeling nice todayUPDATE ONLY 2 MONTHS LATER:One of the armrests broke already after resting my elbow on it a little too hard I guess, couch is still very uncomfortable, the seat cushions don’t fill the entire couch so there is a 2-3 inch gap in between the seat cushions and the edge of the couch which only allows everything to shift around even more. I keep getting scratched by the velcro due to the cushions not staying where they should. Velcro doesn’t really do it’s job of keeping cushions and pillows from moving around so I’m constantly having to fix them. Extremely extremely unhappy with this purchase. I hate it more and more everyday

I purchased this couch in the middle of march 2024. It’s now the beginning of march 2025. It’s been about a year. The product worked well for the space of my apartment size wise- but in the future will look for better, more durable options worth the hundreds of dollars. I don’t think we spend considerable time on the couch, so needing a new couch this early is “interesting”. Also the pictures used in the adverstising is different from what I received. I realize it’s a year later, but this shows me to be more thorough in my research. It’s admittedly difficult/tedious to clean the material of the couch since the pillows aren’t sized correctly. It’s easy for things, snacks, materials to fall through the gaps in the couch. Easy for smells from messes to soak into the fabric. I have a 5 yo so messes happen regularly, this couch hasn’t held up well, stains are tough even with a bissell steam cleaner.

Llegó en 4 días, todo en una sola caja (me había asustado ya que los comentarios decían que les llegó en dos partes), no tiene mal olor y el color es el correcto. No fue muy complicado de armarlo, las instrucciones son precisas. El tamaño es para un espacio pequeño, aunque no es tan grande me resulta bastante cómodo. Mi única preocupación hasta ahora son los cojines, según el manual se debe esperar 72 horas para que esponjen, volveré a actualizar cuando cumpla las 72 horas, lo recomiendoActualización: después de esperar las 72 horas, sí esponjó más, utilicé un vaporizador de ropa para las arrugas, ¡SE VE INCREIBLEMENTE GENIAL!, los cojines no se hunden pero tampoco son tan duros así que genial, si son una familia pequeña o inclusive una sola persona y por el precio de este sofá, les funcionará muy bien.

Bought back in March of 2024, after 3 months the arms of the couch started to sink in. My wife and I have never used the arms of the couch to get up off the couch or we have never laid anything heavy on the arms of the couch. I have tried contacting Sintenchi, I sent 3 emails and now when I go in to visit their support site on the amazon page where i bought the couch from, It sends me to a empty domain. There is no more Sintenchi, and I need help on trying to figure out what to do. Whether that is a replacement or a refund. The couch over all is decently comfy, but the structure is not sound and doesn't feel like or act like what is posted in the pictures on Amazon Website.
