I've been taking this for a few years, but I read recently they use hoki and big eyed tuna, big eye tuna can carry high amounts of mercury, I need to know if this product has mercury in it?? They say they test for it but they are trying to make money so do they really? And u do burp up fish taste .

I feel better when I am taking my Xtend-Life products, to include my fish oil and Total Balance line of supplements. I've gone off of them on military orders, and I've brought them on military orders, while away from routine, and found I sleep better, recover faster, and get sick less than others when I have them. Worth it.Mild fish taste, I don't mind, and barely notice, but might be better with some food, and plenty of water.

I've been a customer of X-Tend Life for years - happy to see they're now on Amazon. As far as I can tell, their fish oil is top quality, sourced from New Zealand. The capsules are easy to swallow with no taste going down and I find that as long as I take them with food (preferably savory vice sweet food), that I do not experience the "fishy burps" that many find with taking fish oil capsules. Highly recommend as a great source of Omega 3s, especially for those of us who don't like fish.
