Supported weight? Come by 2? thank you

Not sure of the total supported weight but they are sturdy and well made. They come separately. Make sure you place them close enough to avoid sagging. We are using them for books dvd's and large box files, plus ornaments and photograph frames.

What is the diameter of the screw holes for fitting to the wall?

I used 6.5mm drill for drilling the wall and no.10 screws. The diameter of hole is about 5mm

what is the thickness of the material?

I assume you mean what is the thickness of the metal used for the shelf brackets? Unfortunately, they are attached to the wall so I cannot measure their thickness. Some earlier versions of these are in my garage and support heavy shelving
