Q: What’s the Expiry date please?

I ordered and received this in January and it's expiry date was sometime in March so it was very short expiry date. That was my only disappointment with this product but saying this, I did use it all up experimenting with recipes.

Q: How fine is it? I’ve been using just ground almonds and I don’t care for the texture

It is very fine and good for bread making

Q: Is this almond flour or ground almonds? The flour would be a lot finer/thinner than the ground version and I need the flour for baking.
