Yes, I would compare it to duct tape in adhesive strength. It will stick to almost any surface. I used it on a rubberized surface with easy success.

can i ise this for sublimation tumblers?

The listing says it is good for 500 degrees .. I just don't know for sure. never have done any tumblers..

My nutrichef is about 1/4 width, can this be cut to that size

I cut mine to lenght so I woulr say yes ..Just a note I think there are 1/4" width rolls for sale
